Man Card

Postby Williep » Wed Jan 11, 2017 7:11 am

Hope my man card doesn't get revoked. I discovered that we have a "Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine", don't know how many years we've had it or if it's ever been used but I thought I'd give it a try and give the pit a rest. I have used this thing two night's in a row, chicken both night's, and it does a pretty good job. I have cut skinless chicken breast in half, tenderized them, seasoned (put in refrigerator for about 3 hours) and cooked for 3 1/2 to 4 minute's. It's fast and easy to clean up.

I remember when the George Foreman grill first came out. My Dad was convinced cooking his favorite Earl Campbell's Hot Links on that thing somehow made them healthier…. :)

Someone gave me a smaller version of that minus the grease tray - haven't tried it yet myself. Thanks for the reminder and your M/C still has all four corners. :chef:

Yup! Looks manly-riffic to me.

We had one of those grills, wish we still did. Maybe time to get one again?

It looks ideal for indoor winter grilling (no snow shovel required :D).

Thanks for the idea.
