Set that up close to the Ol' Smokey so you can relax while cooking the grub!

this is the only time of the year it's cool enough to use our patio
May~Oct are too hot and too humid
and since we're in the tropics - 29°North
and 60 miles from the Gulf of Mexico
we fight the mosquitoes
i use a fogger before we actually plan to use the patio
and a Thermacell running while we sit out there

Love my thermacell for hunting. For the porch, we use these. Don't work well if the breeze is above 5mph but they've been awesome.

i can fog all the flower beds and the back & front yard
and usually not see a mosquito for about 3 days

Just reminded me of a guy I know who went to the doctors at night, said to the doc I feel like a moth , I'm all on edge and don't know what to do. The doctor asked him why he called in at night. He said he saw the light on. :banghead:

Just found out that my 19 month old little boy is highly allergic to mosquitos, sucks... got a strong fan and a squirrel cage fan blower that pushes some mean air that helps pretty good while he/we play in the back yard. Just got a thermacell and tried it out this evening on the still air patio and was still approached and landed on by at least 6 Mosquitos.
Saw the propane fogger post with positive results. Anything else other than the DEET (which never fails) we use in the military? :laughing7: Which isn’t safe for children who may ingest it from skin to mouth contact. He loves to be outside and I want to encourage it as much as possible without having to suffer the consequences!
