Today we felt like warming some tortillas and grillin some Skillet Steaks and slicing them for fajitas. Chopped up some red, green, yeller and orange peppers. Chopped an onion for good measures. Used Montreal Steak Marinade on the cow and the Brazilian for the thigh strips which I cooked on the Acorn in a Dutch oven.
Used fajita seasoning in the end and they were lip smackin good !
Drizzled some Bernaise ( store bought ).... on some side steak and that was even tasty as well !!

the thoughts that those last couple of posts conjure in my mind would require Mel Brooks and Rodney Carrington both to get it thru Customs.
