Hello. I am from Brisbane Australia.

I enjoy all aspects of cooking but outdoors bbqing is my fave.

Currently using a pellet grill, kamado, rotisserie, parilla & 4 burner gasser.
My obsessions - cooking, grilling, burning, smoking.
My possessions - GMG DB, Akorn, Hark Roti, Ziggy Triple, Viva Multi Cooker.

I was down under a year or so ago. Spent about 8 days in Cairns. Loved it :D
Never made it to Brisbane. :(
Promised the family we would take them down one of these years. Want to visit Brisbane and Perth this next time and maybe Tasmania.

Hopefully the locals were nice to you and treated you well. You have picked 3 beautiful most farthest places to visit. plenty of travel time required there.
