Carne Picada with Frijoles

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Aug 05, 2017 5:52 pm

Normally I would call this the "C" word but I'm still licking my wounds for mentioning putting beans in ?C? so today I made some Carne Picada Soup with Beans. It also has SuckleBusters Texas ?C? Seasoning "Award Winning Recipe". I'm making it for my oldest Son and will be delivering it over to his Casa in the Morning sometime. Don't know if I'll have some on my Breakfast Eggs or not - - - hmmmm :?: :dont:

First time to ever use this cut of Beef and I really like the texture and taste.

Wow, I see the PERFECT amount of fat in that package of meat !!
Reminds me of the ground prime rib that I use for Cheesesteaks..

I'll take a Crock-Pot like that and mangia mangia on it ALL day !

I'd chow down on some of that, no danger. Love slow cooker too.

Outlaw, I forgot to tell you that Brown's old Mare bowed a tendon on her right-front-fore-leg and since he ain't got no frigeration in the Bunkhouse he just ate it rather than let it spoil. :D
