Came up with an excellent recipe for some killer meatloaf for you to try.
SMOKED MEATLOAF
1 tablespoon of hog waller
1/2 tablespoon SPG
2 lbs ground beef
1 1/3 panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 small onion Finley chopped
Its pretty straight forward, smoked with apple wood for about 2 2 1/2 hours...
Turned out amazing!
Hope someone likes it as much as we did!

Have to agree with it the next day in a sammich. Hmmm, haven't had meatloaf in ages, that is going to change, I do mine with 50/50 beef sausage meat and beef mince. Rotarys looks real nice too.

Re: I'm back! With some meatloaf!
This recipe has a slight sweetness to it thanks to the hog waller and not much heat. The misses doesn't like heat or I would have thrown some jalapeños in it...
And thanks all!
It's pretty darn good!
