Yeah... pretty nice little place here. Only missing good food. We just recently popped in some food trucks, one of them being a Q truck. The guys are well known around town and throw down some great Q. Other than that, Wimbo is pretty sparse on "great" food. You know... we need one of those places where a food channel would come visit and so far the BBQ truck is the only one that good. :shock:

Welcome, BriBQ! You live in one of my favorite places in TX. I'm jealous! I'd love to move there and open a restaurant. What do locals want in Wimberley as far as restaurants go? Just better quality food? Better pizza, better burgers, better Q?
