Steak Night

Postby TX1911 » Sun Oct 22, 2017 8:01 am

The neighbors are out of town, but 2 of their 3 girls came home from college for the weekend, and we were asked to check on them every now and again. So, to me, that means feeding them! Especially when they told us they usually eat PB&J for dinner.

So I grabbed a prime sirloin, hit it with some Campfire steak and went to town. One side was medium for them, the other was medium rare for us.

And we got to watch the Astros win. All in all, a good night!
