Jalapeño garlic shicken

Postby JustinCouch » Tue Oct 24, 2017 6:36 pm

Found some whole birds on sale. We brined 1 of them in it for 24 hours. Not smoking but grilling tonight. I hope it tastes as good as it smells.

Best chicken I have ever cooked. All need to get some of this webers jalapeño garlic. It might not be pretty but it tastes great!

It does! :salut:

Is this a rub? A marinade? What section of the store would you find it?

It is webers grill mate rub. Found it in the spices section.
