JERK…

Postby bsooner75 » Mon Nov 06, 2017 7:31 pm

Jerk Pork Tenderloin that is…

Read some reviews on the Grace Foods Jerk rubs and BBQ sauce. Since pork tenderloins were on sale seemed like a good place to try it out. On the Kettle with some hickory chunks. Made for a pretty dang good Monday night dinner!

I think I like the Grace better than the Walkerswood but it’s been a while so I may have to go back and try it as well.

Beautiful Plate there, SoonerMan  :salut:

NOW, if you had to pick a favorite victim for Jerk Cooking would it be Pork or Sheeken. :chef:

W.V. turned me onto some Jamaican Sauce which I used on some Bird and I loved it but it's one of those things that I keep forgetting to "repeat" :dont:  :banghead:

Been a while since I’ve done chicken. Both are good but I really liked this Pork…thinking some jerk ribs are in the near future

My oldest Step-son went to a Wedding down on the Islands somewhere and stayed a week. During his stay he had some Jerk Chicken and was really raving about it so I'd like to surprise him with some kind of Jerk Cook the next time they all come up to hang out and eat.

Hmmmm, maybe Jerk Turkey for Thanksgiving :?: :dont: :drunk: :whiteflag:
