Thx for the idea, sounds like a plan for sure. As for the frozen bags, I'll search my options to get it to you before it thaws..:)

I could probably do alluminum, but I'm definitely shying away from Grouchs Lid. Having another person say what I was thinking confirms to me I need a different option and I do in fact have some small SS bowls I can sacrifice.
