Fancy Tater Soup
Since I already had the fixins, when that cool front BLEW (some gusts were 40mph) in last night and we had below freezing wake up temps, then Zuppa Tuscana was the Plan for today. I got this recipe while out two-stepping one night and the Lady said she was a Former Chef for Olive Garden so who am I to argue with her. Lots of different ingredients but my all time FAVORITE TATER SOUP.
Pot Stock with water, own-yawns and garlic sauteed in bacon chips and chicken bouilion cubes.
First thing in the boiling stock will be cut up Irish Taters
After the Taters are soft then comes the Cream
After it reheats then the Italian Sausage and chopped Kale goes in
When completely heated then SOUP'S ON

Re: Fancy Tater Soup
Looking forward to the end result here! I made a loaded potato soup as a special one day and it was gone really fast. I'll need to make one for home now. Lol!

Re: Fancy Tater Soup
Wiffy's diving into a bowl now but I had to pick the Kale out for her I should probably just add it to my bowl each time instead of the whole pot.

Re: Fancy Tater Soup
Replace the kale with cilantro for the Texas version, and the win.
