Suckle'n Bust'n Wings "again"

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun Jan 21, 2018 1:23 pm

It's hard to realize how much I miss the Charcoal taste until I'm away from it because of Yankee Weather - - - - yes it's their fault and not Goober Worming.

OK, now that's said and done today's cook was a double batch of Sheeken Wings pre-soaked in Allegro Nashville Hot Chicken for an hour and then dusted liberally with Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama Seasoning. Then on the ECB over Kingsford for a good soaking of smoke and fire.

Added some pre-soaked Mesquite chips after 15 mins

I love my ECB

The glazed wingettes with be lunch and the dry drumettes will be Quesadilla (those folded over thingies) fixins for next week some time.

This glaze is brought to you by Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce - - yum yum yum yum

Hoe Dit !!!! ........ Hoe Dit !!!! ......
Hoe Dit !!!!!.......

Don't blame me buddy for your 8 snowflakes on ur grass and the fact that you had to move your dash button from the Blue part over the center line to the ( Red ) part for a few days, ( it was probably stuck there from time ) lmao lmao....

Im pretty sure that you didn't get, or don't still have the 8" of snow and snot freezing weather so your ploy to blame us Yanks don't float with me, lololol !!

Now, about that delicious Q that you are talking about :):):)

I'm with ya on that !

I'll take smoking in a foot of snow at 0 degrees any day.
Besides, I find it easier to control the temps as crazy as that sounds.

I have an egg, a PK grill, and my stick burner, all of which refuse to put out decent food under 60 degrees. :dont: :dont: Operator malfunction? :dont: :dont: I don't think so, they are just grateful for living in a hospitable climate and will punish me if I try to abuse them. :whiteflag: :whiteflag:

Outlaw,
I'm shocked to hear that .
I thought for sure that your BGE would be fine no matter what temp condition you're in ??

Those imho we're excellent movies.
No lie, I'm not even exaggerating a smidgeon when I tell you that I have a friend that knows that movie ( the 1'st one ) WORD FOR WORD from the opening credits to the ending credits..

It's funny, I watched all of 2 and about 1/2 of 3 last night.
That 3rd one was such a flop, but it had a few funny bits with Buford, lol rest his soul :(
My little guy absolutely LOVES cars that go fast, he was glued to the 2nd one with the corny Truck scene in the desert.

Next I think I'm gonna order all of the Dukes Of Hazzard episodes on DVD for him :):)

Ok, ok, u guys caught me...for me too :):)

Gleason was the King of Improv and did not like to work from a script - - - what a Genius he was

"When we get home I'm gonna hit yo Mama rat in da mouf"

OK, let's talk Dessert after the Wangs - - - also a Suckle Busters Product but, I'm sad to say, their Jalapeno Pepper Jelly is not available any longer. :( :banghead: So in honor of that favorite of mine I used some on a Honey Whole Wheat loaf of bread that I put in the Machine when I started my wing stuff. Cut me a "choice" heel slice and slathered it with butter and then some Jalapeno Jelly. I may get a Suckle Busters Tatoo done on my beer belly - - - ? or maybe not :dont:

To be honest I always wondered why he was selling it so cheap. At less then 2 bucks a jar probably wasn't a money maker. :dont:
Just checked my stash, I'm down to 3 jars.
Oh well...another one bites the dust.
