Fired up the Weber kettle Sat for a quick pork tenderloin.....brushed with evoo and rubbed with a little bit of Meat Church bbq rub.
Grilled it direct turning a few time so not to burn the rub....took it to about 130-135 internal and let rest 10 minutes.
Sliced and served with a garden salad and fried shrooms.

Looks good, I’m doing the same today. The salad and mushrooms look great as well.

Thank you for looking....my spice shelf is full of Meat Church rubs....I bought a case of the Limited Edition Holy Gospel from my BBQ shop.....that stuff will make an old running shoe taste good.

LOL - I have a shelf divided. Matt from Meat Church and Gator from Sucklebusters (forum sponsor) provide such excellent products and over the top service I rarely look elsewhere and refer others on a regular basis.
