Grill-Roasted Salsa & lunch
I took the seeds out, but left the rib veins in the peppers. nice heat
30'min on the grill
added a bunch of cilantro & 2 small limes- juice in the f/processor
the coals had mellowed very nicely at 45'mins when i put on the shrimp & fillet
Most Excellent

Re: Grill-Roasted Salsa & lunch
to experiment
i took one of the containers and put it in a small sauce pan
and simmered it on medium for about 30'mins
adding a little water as i went to keep it the same consistency
it made it a little sweeter & more mellow
.but.. the original off the grill is pretty tasty
just a little bit more "fresh"
now i have tub of each to play with
