20 hours to the minute! I had to take a 2 hour nap a bit ago to recharge the ol' batteries. Pulled the 2 biggest briskets, now on home stretch! Chicken is marinating, I gotta run to the store for a couple items and then I'll start the pico.

Home now from the event. Wow is all I have to say. I wish I had more pictures, it was a beautiful wedding. Largest one I have done so far and the second largest for the venue. They said the largest wedding they had was 300 people. Very nice place in a beautiful setting. The owners were impressed with my work as well, they personally took a good chunk of my business cards to refer me to those asking them for caterers! I am exhausted after the last 2 and a half days and to end this with the praises I received is an awesome feeling. Now it's time to unwind and finally get some rest!
