Cheap Pellet Grill at Brookshire Bros.

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat May 26, 2018 1:33 pm

I know nothing about these Pellet Poopers but they had one at my Brookshire Bros. Store yesterday that seemed very well built. All that ll I know about them is that it is !9" x 28" and priced at $349.00. If I didn't already have a Cheaper Pit Boss 340, I would sure give this one a try. :dont: :texas:

Doubtful but if I think to take the camera and it's still there Tuesday when I go for 'scripts, I'll take some and post'em up for all to see.

Visual ONLY opinion is that this looks to be a well built little Pellet Grill for the price. :dont:

Well this looks like my Pit Boss 820 with the big steel wheels on the proper (hopper) end.
Mine has a second level grate but not the front shelf.
If it is a Danson build I'd say go for it even if not it might still be a great deal, after a few years my PB has a perfect record.

S.T. friend, it's a nicely built unit, brand new, reasonable and still sitting there? :dont:

Update on this Pellet Pooper. For some reason it hasn't sold. Be that what it may, it has now been marked down to $299. The more I look at this little beauty the more I'm thinking about buying it "just because". :dont:

I predict a $299 plus tax debit from your checking account in the near future.... :laughing7:

Ask for the manager and offer $250. I’m betting he/she will take the offer. Something sitting in inventory that long is a revenue anchor for fast churn grocery stores. Then spend the $50 on pellets and briskets! Win/Win!!!

They used to have some stick burners and charcoal burners out front also but even those have gone by the way.
I'm thinking that it's just not the right market for such items. :dont:
