I resemble that remark... Lots of lurking, usually looking for good recipe ideas, and the few rare posts of my successes.

But as mentioned, family and work gets in the way. Wife and I lost both parents over the last 5 years, and all the hospice care and dealing with the estate hit my BBQ time hard. Barely got in a couple smokes a year and just simple meatloaf or pulled pork to make lunches for work. This year the OT has stymied the first half of summer, but I hope to get out there a bit more this year, and plan to post as I go!
