After seeing Sooner's Fish Fry post the other day, I could not stop craving some so I "cheaply imitated" him for lunch today.
However, there's no way I'll try and copy that Salmon Cook :whiteflag:

Actually, I pre-soaked them in ice water to get chilled real good and then I dried, dipped in batter and fried.
I used a Tony Chacheres Recipe but this is the Recipe I'll be using from now on.

Seems pretty simple, guess I will see if we have the corn startch. I love me some good onion rings.

I don't keep cornstarch on my shelves either so I'll just drop that pre-dust glue B.S. - - - the batter alone should stick just fine :tup:
