Salmon and Sucklebusters

Postby bsooner75 » Wed Jul 11, 2018 10:41 am

I’ve been wanting to post this but had to wait for the TD. Sucklebusters Lemon Pepper Garlic is killer on fish and vegetables. I cooked this salmon using hickory chunks in the kettle with my slow n sear. It turned out fantastic. Give it a shot!

That fish looks great sooner. Bill posted a lot of salmon pics. And that is exactly why I voted for #2 on the throwdown. I would still like to try that deep fried salmon that he used to post on here.

Not a secret at all. When I get home I’ll take a picture of the contraption that gets them cut like that (also a gift from the family) then all you gotta do is put whatever you want on / in ‘em and cook.

That parts easy. Stuffed butter in it with cheese and bacon pieces. Use more than you think on all of them. I put them in the cast iron pan on the grill to get a little smoke then Put in the oven at 375 until they were done. You can go wild and put whatever you want in them.

That's some flash stuff there. I'm old school. I use 2 serving handles either side of the tatter, then cut by hand. Salmon looks bang on.
