Country style ribs

Postby bsooner75 » Sat Jul 14, 2018 7:42 pm

Did some CSR’s with ABT’s (aka OUP Specials) with taters on the kettle tonight. Wife kicked in the bars squash. Made for a good meal.

I've always prefered CSR's over any other type, even BBR's.
That char is spot on, I'd tear that up !

Now that’s what I’m talking about. The shadow from my butt grew 20% just from lookin at it.

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Big CSR fan here. I smoke more CSR's than anything. Pork loin is #2.
