Cali desert
Hello yall. Got hooked on texas bbq on my last visit there this year to my sons Airforce graduation. Went to visit Brett's BBQ and 2MSmokehouse dang that was good. When I got home to Cali. I felt so sad that we dont have the same style of BBQ in Cali. So I have decided to make some myself. I will be starting my own BBQ hustle. Got myself a 200 gallon propane tank that I will be converting into a smoker. I currently have a small following of peeps that order BBQ from me with my small BBQ smoker. This forum will be great help.
