Low-Key Grillin'

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Thu Jul 25, 2019 7:38 pm

Too many appliances needing repair, too much mowing, too much house maintainence stuff for more than a quick scorch on the mini-Weber gas rig for two days in a row.

Chicken bits with cheesy mash, chicken was marinated in Stubb's Q-sauce:

Hungarian brat, split, with mustard, pickle, onion sauce on a brioche bun:

And now the side door is peeling...only installed a couple years ago...

I really like low key and simple. You aim for taste. Save the heroics for when you have time and feel like it.

I'd be all in for for this cook, Kenshin. :salut:

Mowing, fence building, farm chores this weekend. I better stock up some brauts.
