Boneless chicken thighs
Bought a couple of packets with boneless chicken thighs yesterday.
Filled them with a slice of jalapeno and a little bit of gouda cheese. Rolled them together and rolled bacon strip around.
Chose to use two different rubs. SB clucker dust in one batch and SB hogwaller honey on the other.
Since I am out of SB sauce at the moment (supply's underway, shipped yesterday) I had to use Sweet baby Ray's bbq sauce. Not my favorite.
Served with bluecheese dip, green salad and some fries with SPG.
Tasted good for a dinner.

I planned to do indirect and did that for about 10 mins. The hunger took charge so I finished them over low direct heat.Sailor Kenshin wrote:Must copy. Direct or indirect?

Thanks. I love blue cheese dip. Use it with a lot of grilled food. In the store they sell small boxes with readymade dip in the store. Costs only about 1 USD.Professor Bunky wrote:They look really good!

Maybe I should make that Cackloink Balls because Moink (Moo-Oink) Balls are basically meatballs wrapped in bacon – and then rubbed, grilled and glazed. Where yours was Chicken meat wrapped in bacon and then rubbed, grilled and glazed - - - "to me the generous thigh meat almost resembled a ball so I took some liberty"
