Ever since C.P. posted those Wings, the craving has been here so I've had some Wings soaking for 2 days in some Walkerswood Hot and Spicy Jamaican Jerk Seasoning that Dr. Oakie turned me onto. K-Bobbed some Squash (thanks Sailor) and Zucc with Own-Yawns and Jalapenners to go with them over some Charcoal today. Sliced some vine ripened Mater for grins and my plan was to get plenty but not too much Char on everything 'cept da maters. DONE

of course not - - - the wings bones, one piece of jalapenner and 3 over-charred pieces of own-yawn got chunked in the trash

Great stuff.
I wondered when I read the heading: Joik wangs. What's that, has Parts his roots from the Sami people?.
The Sami people up north has their own way of singing, called Joik. You can Google it if you like.

Truth be know, Pocono Pal, I can still smell them especially over where the marinade sack and bones are.

???French??? - Sir Piney, I've never been accused of that, however, I have been accused of pitiful attempts at French Creole.

Joe, that's my poor imitation of a late dear friend from New Jersey that pronounced it "Joizie" i.e. Jerk = Joik
