Now I know why the Wiffy requested this - - - yum yum. She loved her Breakfast Sammich and I loved both of mine too, even after eating a good breakfast earlier. Oh well, when your shift starts at 4:45am you body needs nourishment, eh Ram ? :rambo:

The Rest is over

Since the meat was nice and moist, this went in a jar.
Any neat things I can do with this except chunk it?

Nice and juicy as mentioned.

The stack consisted of Own-Yawn Bun, Pork, thin sliced sweet own-yawns (thanks Mr. Popel),
Suckle Busters Chipotle drizzle and Sooner Sauce. Just had to have a small glass of Buttermilk to make it Suthern. There'da been some Pickled Okra on the plate if my Grandaughter hadn't asked me for them when they were here. :D

Looks good Parts, knew it would be ready for lunch. Pour that juice right back on that meat.

OK, I got it in the frig so I'll separate the grease on top and then add it back to the meat when I vacuum bag it tomorrow

If nothing but for the Wiffy's sake I need to do this more often. Before I vacuum bagged the leftovers I fixed her 2 Pulled Pork Taco Tubs/Boats for Supper and she really liked it. After re-pulling and adding the de-greased meat juice, I vacuum Sealed them this morning and got 3 respectable bags that will serve us well in the weeks to come. I'm also thinking about using a different Pork Roast next time rather than the bone-in Boston Butt ???? :dont:

I don't cook pork butts to temp, so I only use bone in.

I like bone in. I personally believe the bone adds flavor and it acts as a built in thermometer. When it’s done that sucker slides right out!

Thanks, Y'all, good points so maybe I'll stay with the bone-in - - - - after all "the closer to the bone the sweeter the meat" Right ?
