But, I must say it is a great thing for any sort of leftovers. Here, lots of garden maters, chopped...soy sauce left over from a previous sushi lunch...a lone string bean, shredded carrot, green onion/parsley (also from garden) and chopped celery. Mayo folded in.

Reminds me very much of a Paella Rice. I've never had kooooskoooos before. I'll have to try this sometime I do Paella next

couscous is good stuff, the wife makes it from time to time, now that we have an instant pot, will probably see more of it; it sure does a good job on rice.
