Hi! I'm Sid from East Texas and I have been out of it for a while so, now I'm back to looking for a reverse flow offset. I want something like I see around Lockhart in terms of style, classic pipe with the folding stack with venturi. Moberg and Mill Scale look nice but the wait times are way up there and the prices these days are a bit high for my bank balance.
I'm a long-time BBQ-Brethern member but, I've been gone for a while taking care of my mother so I'm just now getting back into smoking meats. I have a small "herd" of WSM's and various other options but, I'm really looking for that CLASSIC central Texas looking reverse offset stick burner.
