Bo Beep T-Bone with Silly Sides

Postby OldUsedParts » Thu Nov 07, 2019 2:11 pm

Had the munchies for three things that really don't go together but I got lucky and everything turned out just fine.
Lamb Loin Chop marinated in Zesty Italian Dressing and Suckle Busters SPG
Sweet Tater baked blended with butter, marshmellers and brown sugah
Sweet Corn nuked, grilled and mixed with mayo, butter, pepper jack and then salt and peppered (a la Elote)

Grilled the Chop over direct coals for 5 minutes per side but didn't get the char I wanted alto it was still tasty

Definitely a messy one today G'rail Sir

That's quite the compliment coming from you, Pardnah, :salut: who is a lot more experienced in Lamb. This might have been my 3rd or 4th time. :dont:

Thanks, Gang

Sailor Mam, I am guilty of not using the proper cheese or topping it with cilantro but I use what I got. Lot of Folks down here call, Elote, Mexican Street Corn because of the roadside stands that offer some of the best ever. :salut:
