Pork Loin today

Postby Rambo » Fri Nov 08, 2019 12:20 pm

As with the chicken candy last night mama's gone and I'm doing my thing. I marinated a whole loin that I had halved and vacuum sealed in SB's pork marinade last night. got'er out this morning and covered with SB's SPG. Gonna go real slow on the stick burner; should be good with a tater later on. Got the big Dog fired up; waiting for the smoke to turn blue where I can send my Sooner Friend a picture of the Pines.

That will be some nice stuff there, perfect weather to fire up a stick burner. Hope all is well with your Mrs and family.

thanks Greg. She's old but I know her every move. I probably couldn't cook on some of this new equipment but, for what little I do, I've got this piece of equipment figured out. Just feed firewood as needed LOL

OK; it's at 130 with a small fire left; should peak at 135-140 perfect. I'm headed to my Deer Stand which is my barn 150 yards from the house, LOL. It looks over a pasture lined by trees that drops off into a big creek bottom.

I'm feeling Lucky today. ;)

I'll see y'all after dark.
