Glad to be here
I've been a fan of Texas Bbq for a long time. Mother in law lives in Portland, Texas. Introduction to Texas boba was at Mac's in Gregory. Loved the brisket and Hill Country sausage. I have Green Egg, large. Excited about the possibilities of trying new things. Open to all advice and suggestions.

Welcome from East Texas. We have a Big Green Egg Expert in our family here and I mean, he IS an Expert. He goes by the handle of Egghead. He travels frequently but I would urge you to private message him if you have BGE questions; he is THE best.

I'm thinking that he's also in the same general area of your M.I.L.s place - just across the Bay that is
