Pork Knuckle Thai Style

Normally I cannot eat Pork Knuckle, because I don´t like too much fat. So that´s why we never prepare it although it is an original Bavarian food.
Sometimes my wife wants one so she had to cure about.
I only had to work during the day and come home for eating. I loved it

Bert, I talked with our Boss Man and he said he doesn't plan to reopen BBCode because it opens our forum up to malicious attacks.
If I understand it correctly, the pic is originally shown as a Thumbnail with limited pixel size but if you click on it then you get much better quality.

It's not 100% protection, but a good " non free " VPN helps tremendously regarding malware or virus attacks.
Again, not 100% but definitely a plus.

As always the meal looks great. I too am a fan of pork knuckle, while I've always called them pig feet, your name sounds a little better. I'm able to find them and pork neck regularly at the local market. At the end of the day you can't beat slow braised Offal.
