Breaking in my new Santa Maria grill

Postby WBBQ » Mon Feb 10, 2020 12:19 pm

Can't think of a better way to break in my new grill than with some SPG and Texas Pecan. Excuse some of the pics. I had to leave for a bit so my dad had to grill the steaks and take pics and some were after dark.

SPG on steaks and one rack of ribs. Texas Pecan on the other rack. Meant to glaze the TP ribs with the peach bbq sauce but got late. We'll just have to use on the side which is fine by me

You keep this up and instead of breaking it in you'll make an antique out of it. :laughing7:  :D  :chef: :salut:
