Treager jerky

Postby k.a.m. » Mon Feb 10, 2020 3:48 pm

So I tried my hand at jerky this weekend and while I am new to this and learning it wasn't too bad.
Started with a little over 2 pounds of eye of round and used treagers pepper beef jerky recipe.

Thank you Sir. Yes I used a Tbs to the mixture. It was the pepper jerky recipe on Treagers site they called for Mortons quick cure salt I couldn't find it so I used pink curing salt. I am not sure of the difference in the two.
