Valentine’s with the family

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Feb 14, 2021 9:44 pm

Had a nice Valentine’s Day with the wife and kids today. Hung out in the neighborhood, watched a little nascar (off and on due to weather), smoked some cheese and fired up the grill. Dinner was a flat iron seasoned with Sucklebusters Espresso and a little SPG. Really nice combination

Nice. You need that fire with the snow and cold weather.

Sounds like a wonderful day! Beautiful family (including the dog).
The food looks fabulous.

But what's that red thing on your forehead - did you injure yourself? Looks dreadful. ;)
Go Pokes! LOL

(That plate really does look "to die for"!)

Thank you! He loves the snow. The little one was out there for a minute or two but she’s a short hair tiny mutt so she doesn’t do well in it.

Have you not heard that all shades of orange are evil???? LOL!

That looks awesome! Is the actual piece of meat called a "flat iron", never heard of that before. Will have to check it out. Happy family as well. Can't beat that!
