Get your self 4 55gal drums, weld them together in pairs, strap a pallet or two across em and you got a pontoon. You can tow the CG behind the boat

Then I will run across a picture of MY boat on the internet that says something about a redneck boater/griller!!!

No thanks!

Chuck, ya gotta get your priorities straight.

Right now it's lookin' like I'll be busy cookin' all weekend. I want to do a brisket, a chicken, ribs and (hopefully) my entry for "Anything Goes".

Dang, where am I gonna find the time?!?

To be honest, I am hoping that we don't get the boat until next week. I don't really want to go on the lake for the holiday weekend. I have driven a boat once or twice, but it's been a long time ago. I don't want a bunch of drunks around when I am learning the boat...

Yeah, know whatcha mean. This is the weekend all the people get the boats out for the first time after the winter, load the boats with gas and the ice chests with beer, and hit the lake, and frequently other boats or swimmers. *shudder*

Thanks, no. I'll stick to the grill, a neighbor's pool, and my Dr Pepper.

I'm killing 2 birds with one stone so to speak. Since I entered a competition in July, I'm using the Throwdown as a practice comp cook also to try and get my timing down.

So, I will be cooking 2 butts, 1 brisket, 3 slabs of ribs, 12 pcs chicken.

I also entered my sauce in the BBQ Central Sauce Contest so I just made a new batch to send off. We'll see if I can't get me one of them Primo Ceramic grill thingys like Dats.

After you doctor a pic of my boat, then yes, you would post a pic of it!!!

Thanks... It's a 1991 model, but it looks like it's in pretty good shape. The only thing is the side panels on the interior have some weather cracks, but that ain't no big deal to me! Boat runs good and thats what counts.
