Hi from Austin

Hi there. I'm not new to grilling, but I am new to smoking. I bought a MES about a month ago. Yeh, I know it is a smoker with training wheels, but it's all about the Q. Enjoying today's sunny 67 degree weather.....from work. Of course it looks like rain for the weekend. Looking for sunny days and lots of Q ahead.
