IBCA Sanction Cook-Off to benefit the Cuero Turkeyfest Association. Friday and Saturday, April 9th and 10th, 2010 in the Cuero City Park in Cuero, Texas.
Cook-Off categories includes Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, 1/2 Chicken, and Jackpot Chili, Beans, and Turkey. Entry fee of $150 per team, plus optional jackpot buyins of $20 per item.
Pays $400 for 1st place, $200 for second, and $100 for third in each of brisket, ribs, and chicken. Trophies for 1st through 3rd. Grand Champion pays $200.
Electricity and water availability is limited. Spaces reserved on a first come, first served basis.

hey i have a question, im starting cooking team out of port lavaca, how do we go about getting registered for the cookoff? do i need to register with IBCA first?
