Howdy from the South Plains

Postby RaiderNate » Sat Mar 05, 2011 2:16 am

Hello y'all. My name is Nathan and I currently reside in Lubbock, Texas. I've always been a big fan of eating BBQ but I got in to cooking it about a year ago. I am smoking on a Traeger Lil' Tex Elite and my favorite things to smoke are briskets and turkeys.

I joined up here hoping to pick up some tricks of the trade and share my own if ever cook anything noteworthy.

At this very instant there is a brisket and two pork butts on the smoker.
