New from Fort Worth
Just joined up from far North Fort Worth. Looking forward to seeing and hearing what all other Texas residents are puttin' on and pullin' offa the outdoor fire and smoke. Found the forum whilst browsing around the web looking at all the forums out there and this one seems to hit closer to home than most others. Currently cooking with a UDS, a generic 22.5" kettle(modified), a Chargriller Gas/Charcoal Dual Griller and an old offset barrel smoker(also modified).Nothing fancy- just stuff that once you get it modded to what you want it to do- it works good for you.

Howdy neighbor, spent part of my growing up in NE Tarrant Co.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
