Hello everyone.

My name is Gilbert Ellis. I cook under the Team Name Big Blue BBQ. I mainly cook around the San Antonio Area but am looking to travel more in the near future. We have a modified Pitmaker Rig and really enjoy the cook-offs.

We had a great time last weekend at the W# event Turn n Burn in Pleasanton.

I look forward to this forum.

Thanks for warm Welcome. We did not get a call at Turn N Burn. I was really surprised my brisket did not get final table at least. It was one of my best ever, oh well its a crap shoot some times HAHA.
