Surf and Turf

Reverse seared thick ribeye. I pulled it from the roasting portion of the cook at 127° and let the egg warm up to a nice 650° and seared it

Threw on a few shrimp for a quick cook.

And ready to eat with a couple of Rosemary sweet potato stackers
