Hello everyone. I hope everyone is having a wonderful new year's eve.
This is my first post with photo attachments so we will see how this goes:
Here are a couple of pictures of a brisket and turkey ready to go in the cooker. Also attached a picture of the cooker chugging away.

Here are pictures of the final product. Brisket was rubbed with Sucklebusters SPG and tastes fantastic. It could have used a little longer in the pit, but definitely good eats.
The turkey was prepared with butter and Sucklebusters Clucker Dust under the skin and Redneck Cooker's Chicken Scratch rub. The turkey was fantastic. Tender and moist and my wife's favorite.
All in all a successful cook.
