Hey y'all just wanted to say hi. My name's Josh, I'm from Friendswood, TX and I'm a Red Raider! Wreck Em' :laughing7:

I was perusing the web to find out recipes, tips, and such for cooking with an old smokey and came across this forum.

I am not completely new to grilling or smoking but still consider myself a novice. Look forward to learning from some of the gurus!
