Problem with putting a gathering together is that "SOMEONE" will have some Road Time because of their location. DFW would be perfect for A LOT of us but then it would be an overnighter or worse for others. :dont:

Spatchcock chicken and turkeys are great. Cuts down the cooking time and IMO it cooks more evenly. I won’t do another bird any other way.

I have been through a few bags of Best of the West and had the same experience with large pieces. I would pick it up at Sams but haven’t been there in a while.
