I'm in!! There aren't too many people that would be better to learn from. For those of you that don't know Doug and Carole they are some of the most accomplished cooks in Texas.

I have a real good feeling that's where BW's rib lesson came in, at Traders a few years ago, the night the shine was flowing.

It was so deep that even I couldn't stay too long.
Seems like Doug acccidently slept in the little blue room part of the night.
At least till Carole found him.

So BW,..... when you givin a cookin class??
You could make a little mad $$ ya know. Put in for a weekend pass and the warden would never know.

Ahh man I still a sore back from me and Buck trying to get him loaded up in the bed..then wouldn't ya know...we put him in Daddy's bed by mistake. Which got Carole riled up but me and Buck was too pooped out to move him again. The boy is heavier than he looks. Guess Daddy slept on the couch on that deal. I will give lessons on the propa use of an Electric fired Brinkmann. That is my main pit these days since Fred has been turned into a planter.
