Just found this forum.
Thought I would stop in and say Howdee from Kingwood Texas.

I use a Weber Performer Grill,

Got a couple of briskets on now smokin at 215F.......just put on a bit of pecan chunks and will check it again in am.....

Well its 330 am,......and since I am up.....decided to check the smoker.......Rock solid 215 degrees.. still smokin.........smelling awesome.....I have 3 large briskets each with a different seasoning and rub mix going......darn it smellssss soooooooooooooooo good out there.....Yawn....I am gonna go back to bed...
