Think I will go home and drink a beer. May even cook something in the next few days.

Re: Eating out
Greg good to see you home once more, and big platform eats are a notch higher.
Think we’ve talked about this before. My dad was a commercial pilot, was gone easily 60% of the time or more. Missed a lot of birthdays, school do’s and sports. And we all knew that what he was doing had some risk in it, particularly in the early days with DC-3s which in bad weather is like flying a Greyhound bus with pigeon wings. But the family always knew what he was putting bread on the table and beans in the pot, and everybody had a full appreciation of what the true “cost” is. Bet your family is the same.
Be well and watch out for the Thursday Salisbury steak, back in my Cadet days we knew that meant Tuesday’s leftover 1/2” T bones had been ground into Wednesday’s hamburgers and the leftovers we served with onion pepper gravy on Thursday.

THATS exactly what I’m talking about. Grind up the leftovers, pour some jaeger gravy and mushrooms over it and nobody’s ever gonna know it’s the hair of the dog (or care if done right).
