A definite maybe for me. Would have to read the ingredients. Great idea though. Have long though about making homemade mayonnaise - now this might make it more imperative

Mmmmm....don't think so. I'd rather use plain mayo as a dip for my bacon.

No for me. I've seen a few versions of this and never been tempted. I like bacon and mayo together on a sandwich,
but I want to decide my own proportions.
