Beef prices from a rancher

Postby Copasspupil » Thu Aug 12, 2021 9:07 pm

What are people paying for a partial side of beef up to a 1/2 side?
I ask because I am looking for some for my family.

I would suggest looking at some of the local Universities if there is an Agricultural school in those parts. If not, find the closest retail packing house and see what they can tell you

I did and they don’t sell anything by the side of beef. Only by weight. Wagyu and angus only. 315.00 and 190 for 25 pounds
